dc.description Paper presented at the IEEE International Symposium on Circuit and Systems 2011 (ISCAS 2011), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 15-18 May 2011 en
dc.description.abstract In this work, we consider a system that consists of a microresonator and a ΣΔ type feedback loop control which is typically a part of inertial sensors. We describe this architecture as a dynamical system (an iterative difference equation) in the time domain in order to study possible periodic solutions in the output. en
